Kam Yen Jan opened in 1924 to share a cherished family recipe with the greater community. Since then, we have updated and enhanced our original sausages to bring you eight new varieties. Chinese Sausage, or Lap Xuong Thuong Hang, has a rich history dating back to the Wei and Jin dynasties, originating sometime between 300–500 AD. We're proud to uphold the tradition of rich flavors and unique textures.
Our factory is located in Kent, WA, and we source our premium ingredients only in America, where our sausage is USDA-certified. You can add sliced Kam Yen Jan Chinese Sausage to countless dishes, such as fried rice, pizza, scrambles, pot pies, and stir-fry. Simply cook, slice, serve, and enjoy!
Our classic pork sausage is always a go-to, while our pork and chicken variety is a leaner version with half the fat yet all the flavor. Both are popular among our customers.
