We source kale from a few regions in North America each season, partnering with kale growers to ensure we get the sweetest (least bitter) plants available. By the time it starts its long, low-temperature dehydration process, our kale has been de-stemmed and washed three times.

Rather than frying, we make our crunchy Kale Chips by tossing fresh kale leaves in our hand-crafted blend of ground organic seeds, veggies, juices, herbs, and spices, then dehydrating them under low heat to maximize the nutritional potency.
