Kabanosy sausages are a type of hunter's sausage made of pork, salt, pepper, garlic, allspice, and caraway. This kielbasa variety is smoked and dried for a firm texture, and can be grilled or served as a snack or appetizer. Slaska brand Polish sausages are minced pork sausages that are smoked and cooked into 12 cm long pieces with a characteristic golden color. They have a delicate flavor with light pepper and garlic, making them excellent for barbecuing, frying in a pan, or boiling.

The juicy and tender Grill sausage, or Kielbasa grillowa, is extremely popular, especially during barbecue season. Already hardwood smoked and traditionally spiced, this sausage is best when sizzled over a bonfire on a stick, but also tasty when fried or boiled. Typically sold in packages of 4 pieces.

The Smoked Polish sausage is made with cured pork, salt, pepper, marjoram, and fresh garlic. Lightly smoked, it makes for an excellent grilling sausage, cold cut, or ideal addition to scrambled eggs and stews.

The Barbeque sausage is a pork breakfast sausage link with a note of garlic, great for grilling and reminiscent of a breakfast sausage in bulk form.

For preparation, the Grill sausage should be cooked over medium-high heat for 12-14 minutes, turning frequently. Pan frying involves cooking for 6-9 minutes over medium heat, also turning frequently. For stove top cooking, the sausages should be simmered in 2-3 inches of boiling water for 10-12 minutes.
